Return & Exchange Policy

At Dina Shaker, we are committed to ensuring every piece reaches you in perfect condition. If you need assistance with your order, our team will be happy to help and guide you through the available options.

Orders within Egypt

Returns and exchanges are available for orders delivered within Egypt within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unworn and unused.
• Be in their original condition with all original tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, alterations, or any signs of wear.
• Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

All returns and exchanges must receive prior approval from Dina Shaker. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Due to customs regulations applicable to goods re-entering Egypt, we are unable to process standard international returns.

Where possible, size exchanges may be accommodated, subject to product availability and prior approval by Dina Shaker.

If an exchange is approved:

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including both the return shipment and the shipment of the replacement item.
• Any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or clearance fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
• Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If the correct item and size were shipped according to the original order, all exchange-related shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

If Dina Shaker shipped an incorrect item, incorrect size, or a defective product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Special orders.
• Beauty and personal care products.
• Discounted or sale items.
• Gift cards.
